CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We do not have a physical store, but orders can be picked up from our friends at Cake.Biz in Narellan. Just select "pick up from Cake.Biz Narellan" at the check out. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO BE READY?
Most products can be turned around in 24-48 hours, but at busy times it can take up to a week. if your order is time critical, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can advise the estimated time of turnaround.
Please allow a minimum 3-4 days for shipping.
If you choose Express Shipping, we use Australia Post Express which usually arrives within 1-2 days if local to Sydney.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?
For custom orders, these may take up to 7 business days before they are shipped/ready for pick up. If you order 2 weeks in advance this is usually a sufficient amount of time for designing, creating and for your shipment to reach you.
If you are able to pick up your order then 1 week is plenty of time.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping to locations within Australia.

Oh no! Let us know straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order is yet to go to production we may be able to change this for you. If your order has already been produced we cannot amend this. We do not give refunds for incorrect orders placed by our customers.
